One of the things that started me on the road to owning a business, was the way most corporations and business treat their employees.   The second was the book Rich Dad Poor Dad simply one of the best written books out there about people taking their lives back. When you follow this up with "The Business School" You will come to the true understanding of just how powerful Network Marketing can be.

It's amazing to me all the great friends, I have made across the U.S.A. and the World. Each of them involved in their own network marketing business. Using the approach of high tech / high touch marketing, phone, email, instant messages to tie it altogether.

1. What is your past business and work experience?
After retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1996, where I served as a Avionics Instructor / C-130 Navigator, I continued to work in the general and corporate side of aviation.

This is where it really opened my eyes to the fact that what I was doing was wrong. Why where so many people flying around in their own private airplanes even when the price of fuel was easily way above five dollars per gallon?

What where they doing that the rest of us where not? That answer was easy each of them had their own business, they had people like you and I working for them.

I don’t regret working in aviation for all those years, I got to learn from the success and failure of many individuals. The most important lesson was about, customer service and teamwork.

So moving into network marketing was a natural progression, and today I'm a full time Network Marketer.

2. Tell me about your family.

3. Where do you live?
We live in sunny Henderson, Nevada, bordering Las Vegas. Named the fastest growing large city in America by the U.S. Census, the City of Henderson is recognized as the gateway community into the Las Vegas region. Henderson is located just 7 miles, from the Las Vegas Strip and a mile from beautiful Lake Mead.

4. What are your biggest accomplishments in business?

5. Are you full-time or part-time?
Glenn is a full time network marketer. This change did not occur until Glenn made the decision to really strive to become a network marketing professional. This change has come about from consistently plugging into the best training. Following a committed, focused business plan.

6. How long have you been in the Network Marketing Industry?
Glenn is in his 8th year in the network marketing industry. He has managed to hold top 10 rankings in the major search engines for the past 7 of those years.

7. Has Network Marketing changed your life?
Yes is most certainly has, today i enjoy many freedoms that most only dream about. I work the hours I want "maybe to many, as most entrepreneurs do." Yet today I enjoy helping others work towards reaching their dreams and goals, while doing it in a ethical manner.

8. Do you provide training?
Yes Glenn, will only mentor, coach to subscribers of LeadersClub. The training provided is the best in the industry. I teach weekly classes, with you looking over my should online on how to harness the power of the internet.

While many others, teach fads etc... which never last. I let you get my insight and instinct as to what works and which direction in will be moving.

9. Can you support someone who lives in another part of the country or a different country?
Yes, I actively do that right now. Years ago everything was local meetings, we simply did not have the technology to bring everyone together. With today's high fuel prices, more companies are employing these proven, effective methods.

10. Tell me about your commitment level to the business?
Glenn, feels he has found his calling. After retiring from the Coast Guard there was a void. The void of helping others and changing people's lives forever. Through my recommmended network marketing companies I can still continue to change people's lives for the better.

11. Where are you at in the compensation structure?
Glenn Burks has reached the highest compensation level in his primary company LeadersClub, Presidential leader.

12. What are your long term business goals?
Glenn's goal is to create $500,000 to $1,000,000 in passive residual income, and to help many others achieve this same goal.
