I know I am, so today when I get an email from Daegan Smith with the PowerProspectingSystem I have to wonder how in the H**l did I get on their list in the first place?
Now I've never requested anything from them, and this points out an example of ineffective marketing! Just pick up names lists from anywhere you get them and blast them out.

This is what I got today, and what is even more amazing is that I was signed up on 03/8/2008.
Here is Snap shot that was difficult to retrieve as they use a very dark blue background, hoping you won't notice that they've added you to their system.
They even go so far as to say this email is copyright protected, well in my opionin they gave up that right when the sent me the spam!
