They are suggesting a law that would require prominent disclaimers showing average results next to any testimonials that make above average claims.

I kind of like this idea - for one, it&#039;s not subjective like trying to figure out what social media posts should be considered ads or not. It would also keep marketers from burying their long disclaimers (which often read as &quot;none of this is true&quot;) on separate pages or at the bottom. 

Let&#039;s put truth out front and we won&#039;t need disclaimers!</description>
