What is Act's activity series?

An Activity series is a series of activities. This series of activities (group) is given a name and saved.

When we have new prospect, subscriber or customer, we can assign the appropriate series to this individual.

This series is based on ToDo's, Calls and meetings. In this video we'll explore how you can setup your own activity series to suit you.
