ACT, Second Piece of the Puzzle

ACT is a very powerful contact management program. It is a professional grade application.

If you are serious about building your business staying organized then this is a tool that you need in your tool chest.

Act for most of us is a fairly expensive program, if you shop around you can find older versions like 2004 for quite reasonable prices.

As I've stated this program is a professional grade application which is why they have paid consultants that assist you in the setup.

Act - Setup - Overview
In this section we will learn the basics of setting up your Act Data Base. We will start at the point that you have installed ACT and have entered all of your contact information.

Act - Group Setup
In this section we will learn how to setup individual groups within our Act program.

Act - Email Templates & Welcome Letter Setup
Act allows us to maximize our time by automating a lot of our processes, with emails and letters being just one very important automation process.

ACT - Activity Series
An Activity series is a series of activities. This series of activities (group) is given a name and saved. When we have new prospect, subscriber or customer, we can assign the appropriate series to this individual. This series is based on ToDo's, Calls and meetings.

Act - Using the Act Dialer
ACT has a powerful feature built into the software. This feature allows us to dial a suspect / prospects or anyone else for that matter. By using this feature, it starts a timer and most important of all, at the end of the call it asks us to place the information into the notes section.

Act - Sending our first e-mail to follow up our Voicemail.
In this video we will cover how to send that first email message with ACT after we have left our first voice message.

Act - How to send a group email to our downline / customers.
