Why setup up templates?

One of the more powerful features of act is the template section. What makes  a good reason for putting something into a template?

When we find things that we do repetitively like sending out follow up e-mails to prospects or sending out welcome letters to downline members, we can take and put that information into a template.

With careful planning and implementation, we can personalize our responses to our prospects and customers with their name and leave ourselves room to address their wants and concerns in our communications.
