5.) The follow page should be what you are looking at. Here we will enter our name as we would like the person to see it.

 

6.) We click next and then enter our email address "at our pop or pop3 address."

 

7.) When we click next we will arrive at the page below. E-mail Server Names, we need to select POP3 for the incoming mail server and then put the incoming pop address and the outgoing smtp address. Remember we get these from our internet service provider. If you try to use the settings here :) it will not work.
