Everyday, my website is visited by numerous network marketers all looking for solutions to their challenges. I would roughly put it at 95 percent are here trying to figure out how to build a strong internet presence, to create the proverbial authoritative website.

The other day I was having a conversation with one of my prospects when we started talking about how long it would take for him to build a home-based business that would provide him with a six-figure income.

Currently he works full-time and he is able to devote 10 - 15 hours a week to a home-based business. I told him that if he took consistent effective action, he would probably be able to accomplish his six-figure income goal in approximately 4 - 5 years. Read more »

Network Marketing is a simple business; however it is not an easy business.

Many people I talk to, who having expressed an interest in developing a successful network marketing business, believe that they can do so with a minimum of training and effort. They have not thought that if it were so easy to build a successful network marketing business, why isn't everyone doing it?

Everyone comes into network marketing working towards the ability to call their own shots in life, yet just what does that mean. I myself could not wait for that day to begin to finally be able to move into my own business full time.

When this time of the year comes around we make new promises for the coming year. We will work our business more consistently and finally get organized in our business.

Each year most of us keep these promises for only a very short time, sometimes only a few weeks. Becoming an effective network marketer requires discipline, involving consistent action year round.
