High cost involved in learning how to create effective advertising, landing pages and driving visitors to your site! This is the course taken by those new to this industry, what they end up learning is that Google, Yahoo, MSN live are more then happy to take your money.
YOU can have the hottest leads on the planet but poor, prospecting and sales skills will still yield poor results.
Buying Leads from a reputable Lead Company!
Pro’s:
Buying leads allows us to get a better return on our investment but only when we buy them from a reputable company.
Higher number of leads to dollars spent ratio, allowing us to stay within a specific marketing budget.
Skilled Marketers will have greater success signing up 3 to 5 people per month.
Con’s:
Reputable companies generally sell the leads 3 to 5 times. They have to make it cost effective to generate them. Some companies will generally sell them 30 to 50 times.
Unskilled Marketers, will become frustrated and quit, this is the reason companies want you to create that names / warm lists of family and friends.

Is both a skill and art, I’ve watched many times skilled marketers take a lead that 99% of the people prospecting today would have failed with go on to schedule follow up calls and either have the become a customer or business partner.
So what is the difference between You and Them?
One of the most important is the understanding that your not just talking to a phone number and name on a list, YOU are talking to “REAL PEOPLE.”
They really don’t care about your company, pay plan etc... yet so many proceed to tell them how crazy they would be not to jump in now!

It really doesn't matter which one you use, just so long as you use one! For Windows Systems I recommend the program ACT by Sage Software. For the Apple Mac users I recommend the program Daylite.
