As I am prospecting for people in my “leads” and “training” business, I constantly come across the question, “How can I find quality people?” My answer is always the same, “Look for people in pain.”
When I first got into the network marketing business, I would be attracted to the prospects with the most natural talent and ability. These are the people who have excellent communication skills and appear to have the ability to relate to people and quickly establish credibility and rapport. Is Internet Marketing All That Effective?

Based on a study done by AOL during the summer of 2007, which I’ve seen some information that was leaked from this.
They concluded that Ninety-Nine percent of Web Users do not click on ads on a monthly basis!
They also went on to state that of the one percent that do mostly only click once per month.

Perry Marshall’s Latest Email About Google.

I think this email was pretty relevent as it relates to the post I made yesterday. In Perry’s latest email he is quoting Dave Bullock on Why Google Just Won’t Shut up & Take Your Money?
All of the pieces are starting to fit together. In the news today there are reports that Google’s Ad traffic declined according to the report by ComScore for the month of January. Which caused the stock to drop 4.6%.
Hitwise reported actually an increase? I can look at my own stats and see a decline as well for the month of January, so I’d be more inclined to go with ComScore on this one.
Yet with Google’s announcement on 02-19-08 that the rules of advertising will be changing, it is starting to make perfect sense. See the post about new rules. Read more

Google’s New Rules Apply to Network Marketers!

Google announced new url rules on 2-19-08 that will affect many of you out there using systems to market your business.
So what does it mean and why should you care? I’m often amazed at people that look towards someone else’s system to create their success, rather then coming to the understanding that the only system they really need is themselves.
I almost equate Google’s move, to more of a truth in advertising effect that will keep individuals who are searching for information from landing on the same page, with just a different name. Read more
