YTB Accused of Illegal Pyramid Scheme By California AG

California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced on in an offical release on August 5th 2008 a lawsuit against YourTravelBiz.com for running a illegal pyramid scheme. In the release he calls it a giant pyamid scheme.
Now when I first here this, I think yep it’s an election year and someone needs headlines. Yet that maybe not the only case but his reference to victims is disturbing. One of the reasons he cites is that only 38 percent of the individuals made any compensation in 2007. Read more
Usana Health Sciences Inc In The News

This week this article was pointed out to me and by it’s very nature is distrubing for many reasons. It really just goes to show that what we say can be manipulated by scandalous individuals.
In this case an individual - company wrote negative publicity against Usana and also to a short position in it’s stock. If your not sure what a short position is here is a reference to help explain it.
What is also interesting is the individual had served prision time for a stock manipulation case, in my opinion he should returning. Read more

The really sad part is that it is also under attack from many network marketers within the industry. We’ve sprung up entire groups that do nothing more then target those within network marketing for the sole purpose of recruiting them into our business.

On April Second MonaVie put out a press release through PRWeb Really to announce this site. Open Door Campaign Which you can really tell they just threw it together quickly after after being sued by Quixtar.
Granted everyone has the right as an independent to quit any company they choose. Yet there are a few companies that do place restrictions on them. In reality this is nothing new it’s been done for years in the business world. Read more
