Is Your Sponsor Missing In Action

During a few recent conversations that have come up with individuals from different companies, the subject came up about sponsors. What came out of these conversations, is a lesson that I will not soon forget.

The sad part is none of this is new stuff. When it comes to your downline have you ever heard them say that they where afraid to call you, because your very busy.

Trust me your upline wants to hear from you, they may not answer you back right away but they will answer you. I’ve often said to those that I’ve sponsored, if you do not hear back from me, “pick up the phone and call me!”

One of the big challenges you will face as you build your business is time management. A good sponsor will be out there doing exactly what you should be doing and that is sponsoring people and gathering new customers!

Even with the best contact management programs, things will still fall through the cracks.

For downline members: If you cannot reach your immediate upline, then keep going up until you get the help you need. Do not allow yourself to focus on the negative emotions that occur.

Keep a positive attitude and remember that you are building your business! Remember that your upline is not a psychic, they cannot read your mind! Remember that your upline is busy building a business as well, call to set an appointment to speak with them.

For Sponsors: Keep on the lookout for downline members that are raising their hands asking for help.Setup a communications channel to keep them informed, how to reach you and how to schedule an appointment.

Retention and Productivity is the results of superb communications.
