Customer service is it a lost art? In many cases it is! The majority of companies out there promise it, yet seldom do they deliver it.
There are many reasons for this, employees who are overworked, underpaid and just plain do not care one way or another.
As a fairly recent Apple Computer owner, “Ok I have 5 of them now.” One of them had a problem almost since day one.
As a computer user since the days of DOS, Commodore, Windows 3.1 making the transition to the Mac has been a journey. The Laptop a Macbook Pro would occasionally have a kernel Panic, similar to the windows blue screen of death.
At first I thought it was software that I had installed, over time it got progressively worse. So finally I took it into the Local Apple store.
They indicated that it would have to be shipped out since it was a laptop and would take about 7 days. Wow I said, since I use this daily in my Network Marketing Business. The Laptop left on a Monday afternoon and was Delivered back to me On Thursday morning.
Now this is what I’m talking about. I was fully prepared for my MacBook Pro to be gone for a full week. Clearly they set realistic expectations and delivered it back to me earlier then I was expecting. Under promise and Over deliver, its a model that we should all be using in our network marketing business.
