What is a coach and do you really need one to achieve success in your network marketing business?

Before we can determine if it is really necessary we need to have an understanding of just what a it is.

How it can lead us to greater productivity and ultimate success.



First we need to identify what a Coach is and what is Coaching?

A coach;

Is someone who cares about what people want, what they want to create. He or She "the coach" is there to hold them accountable for their actions and to keep them focused on achieving their goals within their network marketing business.

A good coach is someone who will tell you things that maybe be painful to hear. They will let you know where you are strong, where you lack skills.

The will guide you to the resources you need to achieve the goals you’ve set out for yourself.

Coaching is;

Not about solving problems even though problems will be solved. It is not about getting results, improving performance or achieving goals.

Great coaching will effectively help you to understand, see the problems and empower you to find the answers / solutions to the problems.
